Preliminary Task -- The shot list

There are are wide range of shots that will be performed throughout this task. These include:

1) Match on Action -- Match on action is a type of continuity editing whereby the perspective of the camera is changed from one to two times.

2) Shot/Reverse Shot -- A film technique where one character is shown looking  at another character, and then the other character is shown looking at the first character. Since the characters are shown facing in opposite directions, the viewer simply assumes that they are looking at each other.

3) 180 degree rule -- This is an imaginary line along an imaginary 180 degree line where this 'line' cannot be crossed. The best way to do this is two over the shoulder shots or two side shots.

4) Close-up -- A certain feature or part of the subject takes up the whole frame

5) Over-the-Shoulder Shot -- A camera angle involving the camera being placed behind one character's shoulder.
