Preliminary Task -- Soundtrack
There are a range of different soundtracks I could use from different genres of music. I would prefer to use and instrumental version of a particular song as lyrics would get in the way of pre-existing dialogue by the characters.
I would like to use the instrumental version of the song 'Buried Alive' by Avenged Sevenfold OR the instrumental version of the song 'Paradise' by Coldplay.

In the end after making a decision, I have decided to choose 'Buried Alive' by Avenged Sevenfold

Preliminary Task -- The shot list
There are are wide range of shots that will be performed throughout this task. These include:
1) Match on Action -- Match on action is a type of continuity editing whereby the perspective of the camera is changed from one to two times.
2) Shot/Reverse Shot -- A film technique where one character is shown looking at another character, and then the other character is shown looking at the first character. Since the characters are shown facing in opposite directions, the viewer simply assumes that they are looking at each other.
3) 180 degree rule -- This is an imaginary line along an imaginary 180 degree line where this 'line' cannot be crossed. The best way to do this is two over the shoulder shots or two side shots.
Preliminary Task --- The character list
- I have decided to cast Sophia because she was both very excited to act when I asked her but also because she seemed like a good fit for the character. She will act as herself meaning her character name is 'Sophia'. She is 24 Years Old but unfortunately she has very little or no previous experience in acting. This should not be an issue overall.

Preliminary Task -- The location of the filming
Considering the fact that the idea I have is relatively simple, the filming for this task will take place in East Sheen, South-West London. I hope the weather will be adequate for filming so there are no delays in the schedule. Also, the first scene involves someone walking through the front door of a house.
I have a range of camera angles ready for the task including Match on Action, Shot/Reverse Shot and the 180 degree rule.
